Kitchens & Baths
Word gets around fast that Nicholas Paolucci is the only licensed architect in Revere. After being referred by another client in the same neighborhood, MASS Architect took on a kitchen renovation project that involved opening up two bearing walls, installing new LVL beams, and completely transforming an old dark kitchen and dilapidated sun-room into a bright and engaging space for gathering.
Nicholas Paolucci, a native Rhode Islander, is always open to working on projects in his home state. MASS Architect answered the call to re-design this kitchen with added storage and counter space, along with a new appliances and a farmer's sink.
Beaver Pond Master Bath
This project was a master bathroom remodel in a large water-front home in Beverly. The outdated existing bathroom needed to be removed and replaced before the owner could move in. In the end, an elegant bathroom was finished with a double vanity, walk-in shower, a new toilet and free-standing tub.
MASS Architect will take on any project; big or small, near or far, high-end or economical. Nicholas Paolucci takes pride in serving the masses with their architectural needs, on time and within budget. This project utilized an unfinished attic space to fit a quaint master bathroom furnished with a double vanity, toilet, walk-in shower, and vintage clawfoot tub with skylights and a pendant light above.
Fair Oaks Kitchen
In coordination with Essex Restoration of Wilmington, MASS Architect designed this kitchen with an open concept floor plan, central island with bar stool seating, and pendant lighting. This project is intended to be finished with construction in the Spring of 2018.
Working again with Essex Restoration, this kitchen is still awaiting construction. It features a long linear island with counter-top seating, a sliding barn door for a new pantry, and dark custom cabinetry.
South St Kitchen & Bath
Chestnut Hill, MA
This addition and renovation is currently under zoning and planning board review with the town of Brookline. Its construction is scheduled for Summer 2018. The project includes a new addition for a expanded kitchen, a back deck, and an enlarged master bathroom above.
Cedar Creek Master Bath
The drawings for this bathroom addition are currently being used for pricing and planning purposes before moving forward with construction. MASS Architect has joined forces with CM Chartier Contracting of Templeton, MA to work on a number of projects around the Metro West area of the state.
Central Square Bath
On hold until further notice, this bathroom was planned for an existing condominium building. MASS Architect proposed the roof-line be raised for additional square footage and a larger master suite. Once funding is acquired, this project is intended to increase the value of the existing residence.
MASS Architect worked with general contractor, Marco Polo Construction, on this finished basement in historic Cambridge. The bathroom housed a washer/dryer and incorporated new windows for natural day-lighting.
