Winthrop Shore Residence
An existing old two-family dwelling was converted into 2 new luxurious condo units across the street from the beach. The second floor was completely rebuilt for additional square footage and cathedral ceilings. Both units feature an open concept kitchen/living/dining area and outdoor space with a view of the ocean.
Spring Grove Residence
This project included a new garage wing with master suite above, new front entry foyer addition with kids' bedrooms on second floor, a new kitchen, finished basement and compete home remodel.
Baker Bridge Restoration
This project featured a new kitchen, master bath, and open concept living & dining room. New skylights drew light in for a dramatic affect in each new space. A shed was also added to the property which would mimic features of the main house.
Harwich Port, Mass.
This project included a open concept new kitchen connected to the main living space with cathedral ceilings and windows overlooking the rear yard. The second phase focused on renovating the existing barn into an in-law guest cottage with a bedroom loft area and spiral staircase.
This gut-renovation project involved a second story addition for a master-suite, along with a farmer's porch and an open concept kitchen on the existing first level.
This raised sunroom addition was designed by MASS Architect to incorporate a gas fireplace, an extended deck area with a glass slider, and a covered brick patio space below. The numerous windows and vaulted ceilings will provide a light-filled space for peaceful enjoyment.
Shore Drive Sunroom
Working with CM Chartier Contracting, Nicholas Paolucci developed architectural drawings for a sunroom and deck on the edge of Partridgeville Pond. The addition added some character to the back of the house and will be used throughout the year with a great view of the water.
North Common Addition
Working again with CM Chartier Contracting, MASS Architect developed preliminary drawings for schematic design and budgeting purposes. The project is currently being priced and construction documentation is on hold until financing has been approved. The addition intends to include an in-law suite for a family member, as well as a patio for a hot tub and grill facing the existing in-ground pool.
